Production and quality control refers to the management of all activities in production and manufacturing in order to achieve quality requirements. It is one of the important contents of production operation control. If the quality of the products produced is not up to standard, no matter how many products are produced, the timely delivery time is of little significance.

In the afternoon of July 29th, 2022, a training of production and quality control was conducted by production department in response of production situation. 30 employees participated in this meeting. 30 employees participated in this meeting and took notes carefully.

First of all, the production manager, Wang Yong, explained the requirement of on-site operation in the production control. He emphasized how to form an excellent team and finish a core task with high quality. The enterprise shall set up clearly high efficient operating mechanism, specific division of responsibility and obligation.

Besides, Manager Wang showed them the operation process of production, supplies and marketing. The integral process of a client order contains creating an sales order (based on the requirements of the client) and Bill Of Material, checking inventory and purchasing, planing to produce, preparing all raw materials and producing products, delivery and pressing for payment. 

After that, Engineer Zhang reviewed the emergency response to an explosion accident on July 24th. It is a reality worth taking very seriously and draw useful lessons from this accident.

What’s more, quality management is an important part of production management. The Technical supervisor, Chen Hao, laid emphasis on the essence of product quality and the knowledge of arts and crafts, analyzed some cases of other company’s products. 

Only we realize the process of quality control and the product knowledge can we produce high-quality products and offer good services to clients.

Finally, our leader Li Peng made a conclusion of this training, which further strengthened the understanding of product knowledge and quality control. We hope that we can improve the quality and efficiency while producing products.
