Orientation training is an important channel for new employees to understand and integrate into the company. Strengthening employee safety education and training is one of the keys to ensuring safe production.

On 3^rd November 2021, the Security Administration Department held the meeting of level 3 safety education training. The interpreter was our manager of the Security Administration Department. There were 12 trainees taking part of the meeting.

This training mainly included production safety, accident warning education, safety production management system, standard operation process and relevant safety case analysis. Through theoretical study, case analysis, our manager explained safety management knowledge comprehensively and systematically. Everyone established a correct concept of safety and paid attention to safety. In addition, better safe than sorry. Case analysis helped them improve the awareness of accident prevention. They would be familiar with the field working conditions, enhance vigilance, learn to identify hazard sources, and find safety risks. Due to the fact that our products belong to aerosol products, they need to attach more importance to the production process. When a production incident happens, even if it is insignificant, we can not ignore it. We are supposed to cultivate employees’ consciousness of strict respect for discipline and safe operation skills.

In the meeting, these 12 new employees  listened and recorded carefully. The employees with strong responsibility will observe subtle problems and they are good at thinking and solving the problems. They will discover hidden dangers of accidents at work in time and eliminate accidents in advance to avoid dangers. This training fully strengthened the new employees’ overall understanding of the company and the awareness of safety production, implemented the safety policy of “safety production, prevention first”, injected enthusiasm and confidence for the new employees to integrate into the corporate environment, and contributed to the follow-up work at a solid basis.
